So we left from Mumbai around 8.30 am and we reached about 12 p.m. It’s around 3-4 hours journey from Mumbai to Nasik. Trust me the roads were curvy and green. So I suggest drive carefully on the ghats.
My first impression after reaching to Soma Vine Village was just wow! Seeing those green fields of vineyard made me awestruck because you know I live in Mumbai and we don’t get to see green fields. The vineyard is spread in 25 acres of land and widely famous for it’s fine wines, beautiful surrounding, resort and wedding destinations. The property has three separate villas with swimming pool, and also a deluxe room.
The whole moto behind my visit to Soma Vine Village is find peace and know more about how destination weddings take place in Soma Vine Village.
They welcomed us with a welcome drink. undoubtedly, it was a wine. I stayed in a deluxe villa which was a pool and vineyard facing. The rooms were quite well quipped, clean and spacious. There was open balcony area, my favorite!
Lunch: For lunch, we gathered at a lounge called Sufiyana, which is multi-cuisine restaurant. You can have delicious food with some wine. Best part is the view of the place. Away from the traffic noise and pollution.
Later in the evening we went for a small tour of the property with Soma Vine Village team. They showed us the vineyards and all the wedding spots where all wedding ceremonies takes place. A huge amphitheater to separate villas, Soma Vine Village has all necessary arrangements for the guests.
Later, we went for a wine tasting and processing area. There we learnt about different types of wines and how they made. I can say the tasting session was really a fun activity.I had some super delicious dinner at Sufiyana lounge. Next day, I got up little early to visit the winery and get some amazing shots.
My overall experience of visiting Soma Vine Village with Wedding Trunk to know about vineyard themed destination weddings was amazing. Never thought you can actually have a really beautiful wedding at vineyards with all the wedding facilities.
